The very first translation of one of Alice Rivaz’ works, the German version of Comptez vos
jours, was published in 1976. Since the 1990s, several other novels have also been translated into German. The year 1998 saw the first translation of Jette ton pain into Romanian, followed by a new translation in 2024. Italian versions followed, published by Eldonejo, although they were never distributed. In 2019, Paginauno stepped in to revive them.
From 2022, the publication of La Paix des ruches by Éditions Zoé rekindled interest in the novelist and sparked other translations. Japanese versions of La Paix des ruches and Comptez vos jours (2022), were closely followed by translations into Spanish (2023) and Portuguese (2025).
